Resources

I believe we need to eat well to be well. As The Ingredient Guru I make it my business to find real food resources that you can trust. These are companies that I believe in and recommend to others. You still need to #ReadTheLabel and understand what you are purchasing as some of these companies carry a wide variety of products and I cannot guarantee that all the items are free of additives or other ingredients you may not want in your pantry.
