Welcome to the 30-Day Mindful Eating Program. This isn’t the kind of food journaling where you have to weigh, measure, and write down everything you eat. This is where you connect with the inner you. 

Every day for the next 30 days you will receive an email prompting you to do journaling around the idea of you and your food. But don’t worry, this is not a contest or a quiz. There’s no right or wrong answers. And you don’t have to share what you write with anyone. It's simply you diving deep within yourself.

I encourage you to set aside a little time every day to answer just one simple question. By committing to this process you'll develop a better understanding of who you are and your relationship with food so you can begin the process of making healthy changes.
