Banana-Nut Paleo Pancakes

A delicious, protein rich pancake. Great for breakfast or as a snack

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 TBSP (heaping) almond butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter, divided


  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender
  • Heat pan and grease with a little butter
  • Cook pancakes by pouring batter into pan in 1⁄4 cup amounts
  • When pancake starts to bubble flip and cook the other side
  • Serve with mashed fruit
