Banana-Nut Paleo Pancakes
A delicious, protein rich pancake. Great for breakfast or as a snack

- 2 bananas
- 2 TBSP (heaping) almond butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp butter, divided
Blend all ingredients together in a blender
Heat pan and grease with a little butter
Cook pancakes by pouring batter into pan in 1⁄4 cup amounts
When pancake starts to bubble flip and cook the other side
Serve with mashed fruit
